About the role
The Senior Manager, AMS Benefits Operations leads end‑to‑end delivery of Americas benefits and leave programs, partners across Total Rewards, HRIS, Payroll, Legal and People Services, and leverages AI tools to automate and scale operations. Reporting to the Director of People Services & Global Process Excellence, the role manages a team of specialists and vendor relationships in a hybrid (Santa Clara, CA or Bellevue, WA) or remote US setting.

Requirements
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and problem‑solving
- 7+ years of benefits and LOA experience, including at least 3 years in a direct people‑management role
- Deep knowledge of U.S. health and welfare benefits, LOA administration, and applicable regulatory frameworks
- Proven track record of operational improvement and building scalable benefits operations in a maturing function
- Strong systems fluency with experience managing TPA and carrier relationships, SLA monitoring, and data‑integrity accountability
- Experience in a high‑growth, globally distributed technology company (preferred)
- Exposure to Canada and LATAM leave and benefits programs as part of an AMS scope (preferred)
- Experience supporting or leading open enrollment end‑to‑end (preferred)
