About the role

The Senior Full‑Stack Engineer will work in a cross‑functional squad to design, build and own backend services (Python/Django) and front‑end features (React/TypeScript), lead complex initiatives, drive architectural decisions, mentor teammates and embed AI‑augmented development across the product lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Backend‑heavy full‑stack expertise (≈60 % backend, 40 % frontend).
  • Deep hands‑on experience with Agentic AI, building reusable AI assets and AI‑based development workflows.
  • Experience designing large‑scale web applications, APIs, distributed systems and high‑volume data flows with scalable architecture.
  • Proven technical leadership influencing decisions, driving engineering best practices and contributing to architectural direction.
  • Strong product mindset; ability to translate ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions using experimentation and data.
  • Proactive problem‑solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity and knowing when to involve others.
  • High ownership and accountability, with a track record of delivering initiatives from concept to measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent collaboration, stakeholder management and communication skills; English level B2 or higher.
  • Experience in cross‑functional teams, code/design reviews and raising the engineering bar through knowledge sharing.
  • Understanding of observability, reliability, monitoring and operational best practices; willingness to participate in on‑call rotation (1 week per 5 weeks).
