About the role
The Senior FPGA Engineer will join CTC’s FPGA development team, collaborating with traders, quants and other engineers to design and build ultra‑low‑latency, end‑to‑end trading systems, influence architecture, create development processes and see work directly impact real‑time trading performance.

Requirements
- Proven experience and expertise with FPGA development.
- Advanced proficiency in hardware description languages, especially SystemVerilog or VHDL.
- Ability to work in Python and/or C++ for tools, testbenches and integrations.
- Demonstrated understanding of computer architectures.
- Enthusiasm for modern, agile design and testing practices.
- Experience in financial markets or trading environments.
- Knowledge of common networking protocols such as TCP/UDP and multicast.
