About the role
The Senior Financial Analyst will join the FP&A team reporting to the Senior Director of FP&A, acting as a strategic finance partner across the organization. The role owns forecasting, reporting and variance analysis for P&L, balance sheet and cash flow, supports budgeting and investor reporting, partners with cross‑functional leaders, and helps scale FP&A processes in a fast‑growing environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or public accounting
- Strong financial modeling, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario planning skills, including fully integrated three‑statement models
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Ability to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and communicate financial concepts verbally and in writing to non‑financial and senior audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment without sacrificing quality
- MBA or CFA (preferred)
- SaaS and/or cybersecurity industry experience (preferred)
- Experience with planning and reporting tools such as Workday Adaptive Planning, Oracle NetSuite, Power BI, or Salesforce (preferred)
- Experience with benchmarking and investor reporting (preferred)
- Experience using AI or automation tools to streamline financial reporting and analysis (preferred)
