Senior Enterprise Engineer

About the role

The Senior Enterprise Engineer joins the Data team to architect and build interconnected systems—MCP servers, internal APIs, lightweight web apps and automated Python workflows—working end‑to‑end from design to deployment while collaborating with engineers, analysts and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Python engineering experience
• 3+ years designing and building APIs (FastAPI or Flask preferred)
• 3+ years full‑stack Python development experience
• Experience building or working with MCP servers
• Experience with deterministic LLM programming (e.g., LangChain, UserPromptSubmit, PostToolUse)
• Familiarity with OLTP databases and caching technologies
• Strong proficiency in SQL and relational databases
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
• Proven ability to own the full lifecycle of a project
• Background in fintech, payments, or financial services (nice to have)
• Experience with Streamlit or similar lightweight UI frameworks (nice to have)
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools (e.g., Airflow, Prefect, n8n) (nice to have)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure) (nice to have)
