About the role

The Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist is a full‑time, executive‑level position in CGS’s Legal department, responsible for providing litigation technology support across the company’s portfolio, monitoring legal and industry changes, validating and testing eDiscovery solutions, and guiding the preservation and production of electronic evidence for civil, criminal, FOIA and other government requests.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years eDiscovery/litigation support experience focused on client solutions
  • At least 3 years progressive responsibility on major litigation support projects
  • Minimum 2 years experience with Relativity beyond document review coding
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment
  • Experience and familiarity with eDiscovery services covering the entire EDRM (file to trial)
  • Must be a U.S. citizen
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred)
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred)
