Senior Director, Program Delivery

The Senior Director of Program Delivery leads the Program Delivery team, overseeing project managers and hybrid client/Huge teams to deliver multi‑million‑dollar, multi‑year engagements. The role establishes ways of working, manages client expectations, assesses risk and change, mentors staff, and represents program management at senior leadership levels to ensure strategic vision translates into successful delivery.

Requirements

• Extensive experience structuring, leading, and growing several multi‑year, multi‑million‑dollar engagements with parallel and interconnected work streams and teams
• Regularly lead strategic discussions and presentations to clients
• Background in client services organizations, preferably on projects with top‑tier consulting firms or interactive agencies covering web, mobile, video, brand, and strategic consulting
• Understanding of web and application development and design lifecycle, plus knowledge of web technologies and emerging tech such as AR/VR, voice and AI
• Strong appreciation for design and user experience
• Generalist ability to jump into varied categories of work and deliver results
• Proven leadership, mentorship and motivation skills to drive team performance
• Ability to represent program management at senior office leadership level and mentor across the department
