About the role
The Senior Data Scientist – Marketing & Consumer Analytics leads a workstream within the Unified Measurement Engine team, owning end‑to‑end delivery of marketing measurement solutions (MMM, incrementality, agile attribution), setting technical direction, mentoring peers, and translating insights into strategy for senior leadership in a hybrid Wellesley, MA setting.

Requirements
- 3+ years data science experience with at least 2 years in marketing measurement, causal inference, or large‑scale experimentation
- Demonstrated analytical work that changed business decisions
- Production‑grade Python and advanced SQL; proficiency with PySpark, Databricks, Snowflake or equivalent distributed platforms
- Strong fundamentals in causal inference, experiment design, time‑series modeling and Bayesian methods
- Hands‑on experience with at least one of MMM, incrementality testing, multi‑touch attribution or geo‑experimentation
- Familiarity with model lifecycle including training, validation, deployment, monitoring and drift detection
- Ability to explain model assumptions and limits to non‑technical executives concisely
- Experience leading workstreams, mentoring peers and partnering with senior stakeholders (Lead Director and above)
- Preferred: experience leading advanced analytical/AI approaches such as predictive modeling, machine learning, optimization, forecasting
- Preferred: technical or squad lead experience on measurement or marketing science teams
- Preferred: familiarity with performance and brand marketing metrics (ROAS, iROAS, lift, reach/frequency, brand equity)
- Preferred: experience working with measurement vendors or co‑building with external agencies
- Preferred: exposure to owned, paid and earned marketing data ecosystems (CRM, ad platforms)
- Preferred: experience shipping analytical results into actionable recommendations
- Preferred: Master's or PhD in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Marketing Science, Operations Research or related field
