About the role
The role is a senior analytics/data engineering position responsible for designing AI‑powered solutions, architecting and optimizing large‑scale ETL pipelines, building executive dashboards, and leading technical coordination across onshore‑offshore teams within a global delivery model, all while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years experience in analytics engineering, business intelligence, or data engineering delivering enterprise‑scale solutions
- 5+ years cloud experience (Azure, Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or OCI)
- 5+ years programming experience in Python, Java, or similar languages
- 4+ years hands‑on experience with Databricks (Spark, SQL, Python) or major ETL platforms building large‑scale pipelines
- 4+ years experience in data modeling (star schemas, semantic modeling, incremental loads) and advanced SQL
- 1+ year experience delivering AI‑driven analytics or data solutions
- Preferred: Healthcare industry experience, especially clinical or real‑time analytics
- Preferred: Experience with ETL orchestration tools (Airflow, Azure Data Factory) and data lineage governance
- Preferred: Experience developing AI‑driven automations or integrating large language models into data products and ETL workflows
- Preferred: Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau or similar visualization tools, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and semantic modeling
- Preferred: Demonstrated success working in global delivery models with onshore‑offshore collaboration
- Preferred: Proven ability to solve complex technical problems focusing on data processing efficiency and system scalability
