The Senior CX Software Engineer leverages experience in distributed computing and the Canton Network to advise clients directly, design and implement components for client solutions, and engage senior leadership, while collaborating with the team on product and delivery initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience with production‑ready applications
- Broad technical exposure with ability to quickly ramp up on new frameworks, languages or cloud platforms
- Experience leading technical execution of feature sets, conducting thorough code reviews and enforcing architectural best practices
- Proven ability to work directly with business stakeholders to clarify ambiguous requirements and explain technical concepts in plain language
- Strong financial services domain knowledge and experience
- Thrives in fast‑moving environments with multiple competing priorities
- Curious, pragmatic, adaptable and able to learn quickly in complex settings
