Job description

About the role

The role is a hands‑on clinical‑product position – the first dedicated clinician on Noa’s AI product team – responsible for shaping product direction, defining clinical quality and safety standards, and scaling clinical expertise across teams. You will work closely with product, AI, design, engineering, regulatory and a network of doctors to ensure AI solutions are trustworthy and useful for clinicians.

About the company

Docplanner is a global healthcare platform that connects over 300,000 doctors with around 100 million patients each month across 13 markets. Within Docplanner, the Noa division builds AI tools to reduce doctors’ administrative burden, support clinical decisions and personalize patient navigation, aiming to help people live longer, healthier lives.

Requirements

  • Medical degree with meaningful clinical practice experience; recent or ongoing practice is a plus
  • Experience building and shipping digital health, clinical software or AI products, either within a product team or as an entrepreneur
  • Proven ability to turn clinical problems into product decisions, not just advisory reviews
  • Strong clinical judgment to define quality and safety standards for technical teams
  • Ability to quickly earn doctors’ trust and obtain honest peer feedback
  • Excellent communication across clinical, product, technical, regulatory and leadership audiences
  • Comfortable working hands‑on at a senior level in a fast‑moving international team
  • Active use of generative AI with understanding of its potential and limitations; experience with prompting, evaluation, error analysis or AI‑assisted tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) is a plus
  • Bonus: experience with ambient documentation, clinical templates, medical‑knowledge systems, clinical coding, evaluation datasets, or building/certifying regulated SaMD
