Senior Civil Project Manager – Power Generation & Transmission

The Senior Civil Project Manager (Power Generation & Transmission) will lead design, permitting and client‑development efforts for power generation and transmission projects in Chicago, Cleveland, Pittsburgh or Milwaukee, acting as a key leader for civil market growth and collaborating with office leadership and multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• 10+ years of local site/civil engineering experience focused on land development for Power Generation and Transmission projects
• Professional Engineering (PE) license
• Experience designing and overseeing site layout, grading, drainage, infrastructure, erosion and sediment control from concept through completion
• Strong client development and client management abilities
• Proficiency in AutoCAD or Civil 3D (preferred)
• Active participation in professional organizations
• Experience in technical and proposal writing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with analytical, multitasking and judgment capabilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
• Reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits and a valid driver’s license in good standing
