About the role

The Senior Analyst, Data & Insights joins the Data and Insights Group to partner with product, newsroom, engineering, design, marketing, strategy, finance and PMO teams, delivering data‑driven insights, building dashboards and automated reports, writing SQL pipelines, conducting A/B tests, and advising stakeholders to drive business decisions.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience delivering reporting, analysis and insight with data analytics or data science teams
  • 1+ years experience applying statistical methods to analytical problems
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases
  • Proficiency in at least one scripting language such as R or Python
  • Experience with data visualization and presenting insights
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Collaborative mindset and curiosity
  • 1+ years experience in big data environments such as BigQuery or AWS, querying 10M+ rows
  • 1+ years experience with dbt or other data transformation/scheduling tools
  • 1+ years experience with version control (GitHub, code review)
  • 1+ years experience with A/B testing
