Seasonal Overnight Student Supervisor / Night Chaperone: Dulles, VA (Fall 2026 and Spring 2027)

About the role

Night Chaperones monitor student behavior, respond to emergencies and report suspicious activity on assigned hotel floors during night shifts (9:45 PM‑5:00 AM), ensuring safety and a high‑quality experience while collaborating with the Night Chaperone Coordinator and Onsite Coordinator.

Requirements

• Availability during peak season in October‑November and February‑June.
• Ability to commute to on‑site locations in the Dulles, VA area.
• Team player who works well with students, teachers, vendors and WorldStrides staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, email and smartphone use.
• Must have sensory abilities to see, read, talk and hear for effective communication.
• Ability to perform physical duties including walking up and down multiple flights of stairs (reasonable accommodation possible).
• Successful completion of applicable background screening.
