The Scrum Master role drives agile delivery for client projects, representing Valtech to the client, overseeing project progress, planning releases, coordinating teams, applying Scrum, XP, Lean and Kanban practices, and reporting to management, leveraging 6+ years of experience at the intersection of technology, creativity and data.

Requirements
- Engineering degree or equivalent
- 6+ years of experience in agile (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Invision, Miro or equivalents
- Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to navigate project, organisational and technical constraints for large‑account digital initiatives
- Ability to communicate with all project stakeholders (client and Valtech)
- Experience managing on‑site and remote development teams
- Excellent written and oral communication in French and English (C1 level)
- Ability to take ownership of technical topics in collaboration with technical, marketing, communication, business and partner experts
- Strong interest in the technical integration side (API integration, data transformation & cleansing)
- Experience in e‑Commerce and understanding of product‑value chain systems (PLM, MDM, PIM, DAM, component‑based CMS, e‑commerce platforms, marketplaces, merchandising, promotions)
- Desire to continuously learn, adapt and improve
