About the role
The Salesforce & GTM Systems Manager will own the roadmap, architecture and administration of Babel Street’s go‑to‑market technology stack, leading Salesforce transformation and revenue‑tech operational excellence during a period of scaling. The role partners across the organization to modernize revenue processes, ensure system scalability and data quality, and enable reporting, automation and integrations.

Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Business Systems, Revenue Operations or CRM platform ownership with deep hands‑on Salesforce administration, configuration, process design and cross‑functional GTM delivery
- Salesforce Certified Administrator (required)
- Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, CPQ Specialist or Revenue Cloud certifications (preferred)
