Salesforce Data Architect

The Salesforce Data Architect will lead the strategy, design and execution of data architecture and migration initiatives for Salesforce CRM implementations across Sales, Service and Experience Cloud, acting as a strategic advisor and hands‑on expert to deliver clean, governed data that supports enterprise transformation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data architecture and CRM data migrations, with a strong focus on Salesforce platforms
• Deep understanding of Salesforce data models across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom apps
• Experience with tools such as Informatica Cloud, Informatica MDM, DBAmp, Dataloader, or similar ETL/data integration tools
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis, cleansing, and transformation (joins, window functions, data profiling)
• Proven experience with deduplication, data cleansing, and improving data quality at scale
• Demonstrated knowledge of MDM frameworks, data stewardship, and governance best practices
• Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, marketing, and support platforms (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Marketo, Zendesk)
• Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud, MuleSoft, or custom API‑based integrations
• Familiarity with Agile project methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and Git
• Salesforce certifications: Admin, Data Architecture & Management Designer, Integration Architecture Designer
• Background in RevOps, enterprise CRM strategy, or customer 360 initiatives
