About the role
The Reward Partner will shape and deliver Autotrader’s reward programmes, advising on pay, grading, share schemes and cyclical activities such as salary reviews, while partnering with senior leaders and the People & Culture team to provide data‑driven decisions, governance support and capability building.

Requirements
- Experience working in reward at Senior Reward Advisor or Reward Partner level
- Experience with job levelling and grading using frameworks such as Willis Towers Watson, Hay or Mercer
- Experience designing or administering employee share schemes (e.g., SAYE, SIP)
- Proven ability to build effective relationships with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders
- Strong Excel skills and comfort using data to inform decisions
- Practical, solution‑focused mindset
- Ability to navigate complex situations and take ownership
