The Revenue Operations Analyst partners with sales leadership to improve forecasting, quota setting, compensation, pipeline diagnostics and reporting, while building AI‑enabled analytical frameworks and automating workflows to make the go‑to‑market organization smarter and more efficient.

Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Finance, or a similarly analytical role
- Advanced Excel and/or Google Sheets skills
- Experience building dashboards and analyzing large datasets
- Experience translating data into clear business recommendations
- Experience managing cross‑functional projects from beginning to end
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, or operational workflows
- Strong SQL proficiency
- Experience with sales compensation tools such as CaptivateIQ is a plus
