About the role
The Revenue Cycle Management Intern will join the U.S. Insurance team, working directly with senior billers to learn medical billing and support the clinic‑focused revenue cycle, including claim follow‑up, payment posting, denial analysis, patient statements and internal documentation.

Requirements
- Near‑completion or recent graduation from a Medical Billing & Coding, Health Information Technology, or Healthcare Administration program
- Familiarity with core revenue‑cycle concepts such as claims, ERAs/EOBs and denials through coursework, externship or hands‑on experience
- Ability to quickly learn new software and tools and ask questions when unclear
- Strong attention to detail and follow‑through on repetitive, detail‑heavy tasks
- Commitment to a consistent Monday‑Friday schedule during standard business hours in your time zone for the internship duration
