About the role
The fully‑remote Retirement Plan Specialist role is a FINRA‑licensed advisor position that works with warm leads to educate clients on retirement products, make recommendations, and coordinate with relationship managers, while receiving a base salary plus performance bonuses.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a business field or equivalent professional experience.
- FINRA Series 6, 63, and 65 or Series 7 and 66 licensing at time of hire (approved in all states).
- Life and Health insurance licenses within 60 days of hire.
- Minimum one year of experience in the financial services industry.
- Basic knowledge of financial products related to the assigned specialty.
- Strong customer service, interpersonal and listening skills.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities to recommend product solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills for phone, email, video, and chat.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Preferred: CFP and/or CRPC certification.
- Preferred: Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and digital financial advice platforms.
