The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance and operations, leads the floor team, handles orders, returns and merchandising, and assumes shift‑management duties when management is absent.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
- Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts (desired).
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repairs (desired).
- ASE Certification (desired).
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (desired).
