The Retail Service Specialist supports the Store Manager and Assistant Managers by leading the store team in sales, customer service, store appearance and operations, handling shift management when needed, and overseeing daily tasks such as order processing, returns, invoicing, merchandising and opening/closing duties.

Requirements
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to obtain RSS Certification
- Retail sales experience preferred, especially in auto parts
- Knowledge of automotive systems and repair
- ASE Certification preferred
- Fluency in multiple languages, Spanish highly desired
