Retail Onboarding Specialist - German Speaking

About the role

As a senior member of the Retail Onboarding Team you will own and scale the end‑to‑end onboarding, menu and catalog experience for retail partners in the German market, working closely with internal teams and key accounts such as Edeka to maximise speed and quality.

Requirements

• Demonstrates strong ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset, working independently with minimal guidance
• Structured, detail‑oriented and proactive in solving problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English, confident engaging senior stakeholders
• Willingness to pick up the phone, challenge stakeholders and drive execution
• 4+ years of experience in sales, account management, operations or customer support
• Comfortable working with data and Excel/Google Sheets and eager to develop these skills further
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a bias for action and impact
• Effective at working in cross‑functional teams and actively driving collaboration
