Retail Enterprise Development Specialist - ML Replacement

About the role

The Retail Development Specialist will manage 3‑4 strategic supermarket partners in Israel, serving as the main business owner, driving performance, operational improvements and strategic growth while collaborating with store teams, operational stakeholders and senior HQ management.

Wolt builds technology for delivery of food and now a wide range of items, operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries; after joining DoorDash in 2022 it is expanding globally and focuses on the future of retail through its Enterprise Supermarkets team.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in Enterprise/B2B Account Management, Retail Operations, Customer Success, Consulting or similar partner‑facing operational roles
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise accounts and working with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical capabilities and hands‑on experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI or similar
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, trend identification and independent decision‑making
• Experience leading operational improvement initiatives and managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to influence field teams and senior management
• Highly organized, proactive and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related field (mandatory)
• Fluent in Hebrew and English
