About the role
The Agency Manager will open and lead a new Ouihelp agency in Enghien‑les‑Bains, assessing beneficiaries’ needs, creating personalized care plans, matching caregivers, supervising service quality, and developing relationships with health‑care and medico‑social partners.

Requirements
- Minimum Bac+2 degree in health, sanitary or medico‑social fields
- Proven successful experience in a similar position
- Strong knowledge of private and/or public health sector and its challenges
- Excellent managerial and relational skills with ability to work autonomously
- High work capacity, strong involvement, organizational and prioritization abilities
- Passion for Ouihelp’s mission to improve daily life of people with loss of autonomy
- Active network of prescribing partners in the Enghien region (required)
- Availability to start September/October 2026
- Eligible for cadre status (day‑forfeit contract with 8‑11 RTT days)
