As Responsable d'agence in Strasbourg you will assess beneficiaries’ needs at home, design personalized care plans, match and present suitable caregivers, conduct quality visits, maintain relationships with health‑care professionals, and report actions to your agency manager, driving both operational excellence and service development.

Requirements

• Minimum Bac+2 degree in a health or medico‑social field
• Successful prior professional experience in the sector
• Strong knowledge of private and/or public health sector challenges
• High work capacity and strong commitment
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Passion for Ouihelp’s mission to improve daily life of people losing autonomy
