Job description
About the role
As an RBT you will work one‑on‑one with children with autism in their homes, classrooms or community settings, following a personalized behavior plan from your mentor BCBA, implementing strategies, collecting data and building consistent relationships, with direct BCBA support and flexible full‑ or part‑time hours.
About the company
Alpaca Health is a multi‑state network of independent ABA therapists that provides in‑home, school and daycare services for children with autism. The company matches each RBT with a dedicated BCBA mentor rather than a corporate manager, emphasizing mentorship, flexibility and a non‑clinic‑chain culture.
