Requirements

• 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores and properties
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and building strong client relationships
• Ability to convey complex financial information and strategies clearly to clients and internal teams, with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, budget management, key performance indicators, and contract structures and terms
• Experience negotiating contracts to secure new business, retain existing accounts, and resolve disputes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Valid state‑issued driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Prior parking industry experience (preferred)
• Experience with budgeting software, Salesforce, and P&L review systems (preferred)
