Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor)

The Recruiting Coordinator will support Signifyd's Recruiting team on a 3‑4 month contract, handling end‑to‑end candidate interview logistics, improving recruiting processes and providing additional HR support during lower volume periods.

Requirements

• Prior recruiting coordinator experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; able to juggle multiple tasks, prioritize, maintain a positive attitude and create an excellent candidate experience
• Ability to troubleshoot last‑minute changes and stay calm under pressure
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information
• Comfort working with data and pulling insights; experience with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and tracking
• Experience with Google Suite; familiarity with ATS systems is a plus
• Preferred to work EST hours
