Recruiter

About the role

The Recruiter will own full‑cycle recruiting for sales, marketing, creative and GTM roles, partnering with hiring managers to build pipelines and deliver a great candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a fast‑paced or startup environment
• Experience recruiting for sales, marketing or creative roles (preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport quickly
• Ability to manage a high‑volume pipeline across multiple open roles
• Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and able to manage competing priorities
• Sound judgment in evaluating candidates and communicating with hiring managers
• Experience recruiting for GTM, performance marketing or sales leadership roles (nice to have)
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS platforms (nice to have)
• Experience supporting a remote or distributed team (nice to have)
