About the role
The Purchasing Analyst will be the primary liaison for Builder purchasing teams and the right‑hand to the VP of Purchasing, building and scaling a new Purchasing Program from the ground up, developing tools, processes and templates while supporting builders and suppliers.

Requirements
- 5+ years of data management and financial analysis experience
- Construction industry experience
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to make thoughtful, analytical decisions
- Process‑minded approach considering current and future impact of implementations
- Strong financial analysis, tech‑savvy, and project management skills
- Homebuilding experience (preferred)
