The role develops AI‑powered internal tools and systems to improve A1’s operations across people, finance, operations, recruiting and other business workflows, translating business needs into practical solutions and delivering end‑to‑end implementations.

Requirements

• Experience with backend, full‑stack, or platform development
• Strong programming fundamentals
• Experience with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations (a plus)
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to solve ambiguous problems
• Experience building and shipping production software, AI applications, or automation systems
• Strong technical foundation and problem‑solving ability
• Comfortable working independently in a fast‑paced startup environment
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical teams
