About the role
The Senior Product Marketing Manager will own the foundational positioning and storytelling for Claude’s core knowledge‑work products (Chat, Cowork and the non‑coding suite), creating and maintaining messaging, sales enablement assets, persona frameworks, website copy and AI‑native systems as an individual contributor, while partnering with GTM, Marketing and Partners.

Requirements
- Proven experience owning positioning and messaging for an established, broadly‑used software product
- Strong writing and storytelling skills across formats such as pitch decks, web copy, battlecards and persona documents
- Experience building ICP and persona frameworks and translating research into scalable messaging
- Experience creating sales enablement assets and collaborating directly with sales on objection handling and win/loss analysis
- Ability to operate autonomously as an individual contributor, writing and shipping assets directly
- Demonstrated systems thinking and capacity to move fast in an evolving environment
- Proficiency with AI (specifically Claude) to inform and automate product marketing workflows and build foundational update systems
- Experience marketing AI or productivity software to a broad, cross‑functional buyer base
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training and experience in a relevant field
- Preferred: experience with analyst relations processes and reports (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
- Preferred: familiarity with plans and pricing presentation and packaging communication
- Preferred: Senior PMM or PMM Lead experience at a productivity, collaboration or knowledge‑work software company with ownership of core‑product positioning
