Procurement Manager

About the role

The Procurement Manager is an individual contributor role (with a path to people management) based hybrid in San Francisco, responsible for shaping sourcing strategies, category management and procurement analytics, liaising between internal teams and suppliers, evaluating product samples and negotiating contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, Finance or related field
• At least 5 years experience in procurement, sourcing or procurement analytics across multiple categories
• Understanding of procurement processes and sourcing methodologies
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills with ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets and extract meaningful insights
• Skilled in Excel, Tableau and procurement ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, highly organized with a passion for continuous improvement
• Self‑starter with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to delivering results
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and regulatory compliance
