About the role
The Workday Solutions Engineer will join the Business Systems (CorpOS) team to design, develop, and implement people‑system capabilities, collaborate across engineering, supply chain, finance and other functions, and drive adoption of solutions that support Anduril’s growth and mission.

Requirements
- 8+ years experience designing, developing, and implementing business processes into systems at manufacturing companies (Aerospace & Defense preferred)
- Experience acting as sole administrator with limited reliance on external resources
- Proven track record of leading complex system‑centric projects from conception to completion
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross‑functional teamwork
- U.S. Person status required to access export‑controlled data
- Ability to work in‑office full time and travel up to 25% to other offices
