As a Principal Software Engineer you will be a hands‑on full‑stack developer who owns architecture and technical roadmap for a core domain, mentors senior staff, drives AI‑focused initiatives, and helps shape product vision while maintaining high‑quality code and a strong engineering culture.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s and/or master’s degree in Computer Science (preferred)
- 10+ years of professional software development experience
- Experience owning new products from zero to one, including design, implementation, and deployment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience and comfort using AI aggressively to improve velocity with looping, reinforcement
- Proficiency in any language; primary stack includes Go, TypeScript, and Python
- Deep expertise in at least two of: distributed systems, data pipelines, AI/ML infrastructure, security, or frontend architecture at scale
- Proven ability to lead without direct authority and influence technical direction across teams
- Experience defining SLAs, SLOs, and operating production systems at scale with strong operational discipline
