The Principal NetSuite Consultant (Manufacturing) serves as the senior functional authority for manufacturing and distribution portfolios, leading end‑to‑end NetSuite implementations, advising executive stakeholders, mentoring consultants, and partnering with sales on pre‑sales scoping and solution architecture.

Requirements

• 7+ years implementing and configuring NetSuite ERP, focusing on Manufacturing and Wholesale Distribution.
• Strong expertise in Shop Floor Control, BOM management, WIP and Routing, MRP, and Advanced Manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and inventory valuation processes.
• Proven ability to lead executive‑level discovery sessions, functional design workshops, and full‑lifecycle ERP delivery.
• Strong communication skills with experience advising C‑suite and IT leadership.
• Demonstrated proficiency in leveraging AI technologies such as Claude Code or Codex to optimize engineering and delivery workstreams.
• Knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• NetSuite certifications (e.g., ERP Consultant or SuiteFoundation).
• Experience in Field Service Management (FSM): Core Service Tasking, Dispatch Boards, Preventive Maintenance scheduling, Asset Lifecycle Management, Van Stock and Truck Inventory, SLA and warranty tracking configurations.
• Experience with Quality Management System (QMS) implementations.
• Experience with NetSuite Ship Central or third‑party WMS and shipping integrations (e.g., RF‑Smart, Highjump, Pacejet, ShipStation).
• Experience in pre‑sales solution scoping and SOW development.
• Consulting experience within a NetSuite partner or professional services firm.
• Experience with Jira and Google Workspace.
