Requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly index system and automotive sales or service (desired)
- ASE certification (desired)
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (desired)
- Driving record must meet company‑mandated eligibility requirements for delivery driving
