The Parts Specialist provides high‑level service to retail and installer customers, supports store management with various tasks, and performs sales, parts lookup, cash handling, and in‑store automotive services in a full‑time store environment.

Requirements
- Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences
- Ability to provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service
- Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store simultaneously
- Familiarity with automotive parts, cataloging, Weatherly index system, and automotive sales or service (desired)
- ASE certification (desired)
- Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (desired)
