About the role
The role supports and advances NeueHealth’s Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud ecosystem, providing functional and technical day‑to‑day support while driving the strategic roadmap for accounting, finance, planning, reconciliation and enterprise data management workstreams, collaborating with finance, IT and business stakeholders.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, accounting, finance, information systems or a related field
- Minimum 5 years experience supporting Oracle Financials, ERP or Oracle Cloud applications
- Experience supporting Oracle EPM Cloud applications (ARCS, EPBCS, EDMCS) required
- Three years experience with Concur T&E platform preferred
- Experience with Oracle EPM integrations to Financials, data‑management tools, reporting solutions and downstream systems
- Strong understanding of SOX, HIPAA and ITIL compliance
- Deep functional and technical competency in Oracle Financials and Oracle EPM Cloud
- Proficiency in SQL query writing
- Experience creating reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Oracle EPM reporting tools, Smart View or similar
- Demonstrated knowledge of finance, accounting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, close and data‑governance processes
- Ability to produce technical and business documentation (requirements, process flows, functional specs, test scripts)
- Understanding of Oracle Cloud integration, data flows, metadata management and system dependencies
- Experience managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast‑paced environment
- Knowledge of project lifecycle methodologies, SDLC and IT architecture
- Strong collaboration, communication, time‑management and organizational skills
- Bias toward action, urgency and ability to handle high‑priority simultaneous projects
- Self‑motivated, results‑driven with strong financial modeling and analysis abilities
