The role assembles and aligns complex optical and optomechanical components for Anduril’s Lattice OS‑enabled systems, handling precision parts, maintaining production documentation, troubleshooting misalignments, and collaborating with manufacturing engineers.

Requirements
- 7+ years experience in optical assembly, micro‑assembly or precision electronics manufacturing.
- Experience handling precision optical components.
- Familiarity with automated fluid dispensing systems.
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds for short periods.
- Ability to multitask and shift to new assignments on short notice.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a United States security clearance.
- Experience with AS9100 or equivalent quality management systems (preferred).
- Experience with 5S practices (preferred).
- Strong organizational, time‑management skills and ability to work with minimal supervision (preferred).
- Experience using microscopes (preferred).
- Experience with ESD processes (preferred).
- Experience with imaging, optics and alignment (preferred).
