About the role
The Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day facility operations and maintenance for the Jefferson Laboratories Complex, managing maintenance programs, utility systems, work control, service response and workforce coordination across laboratories, animal research, administrative buildings and campus infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years facility operations & maintenance experience
- 5+ years supervisory experience
- Knowledge of utility systems and building infrastructure
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Preferred: Federal campus operations experience
- Preferred: Research or laboratory facility experience
- Preferred: Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Facility Management Professional (FMP) certification
