About the role
The Home Health Occupational Therapist reports to the Home Health Branch Administration and delivers OT assessments, treatment plans, and rehabilitation services in patients’ homes, collaborates with physicians and the care team, supervises aides, and documents care to help patients regain strength, mobility and independence.

Requirements
- Current, unrestricted occupational therapy licensure
- Current CPR certification
