About the role
Full‑time nurses, phlebotomists or medical assistants provide preventative and diagnostic services in patients’ homes, handling tasks such as phlebotomy, retina imaging, ECGs and sample collection while operating autonomously with provided training.

Requirements
- Current state licensure or equivalent certification for the role
- National certification where state licensure is not required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Proven venipuncture experience
- Strong professionalism, integrity, accountability, and compassion
- Ability to solve problems quickly and think creatively in a fast‑changing environment
- Technologically proficient with mobile devices for charting and HIPAA‑secure communication
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision
- Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and current vehicle insurance
- Physical ability to navigate homes, climb stairs and lift up to 20 lb while walking
- Pass national background check, DMV check, and clinical license verification
- Proof of required vaccinations/immunity: MMR, Hepatitis B series, Varicella, recent TB test, annual influenza, Tdap (within 10 years)
