Mobile Developer (React Native)

A full‑time Remote Mobile Developer focused on React Native, responsible for adding new features, improving performance, maintaining and refactoring two core healthcare apps, handling platform‑specific integrations, and leveraging AI‑assisted development tools while collaborating asynchronously with a distributed team.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience with React Native and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience building and shipping production mobile applications
• Solid understanding of mobile app lifecycle, navigation, background/foreground handling, authentication, networking, and state persistence
• Familiarity with GraphQL data libraries such as Apollo or React Query
• Familiarity with native iOS (Swift) or Android (Kotlin) development
• Experience debugging across JavaScript and native code layers
• Ability to critically review and validate AI‑generated code
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cododex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) in a real development workflow
• Experience with camera functionality, file uploads, or native bridging (AVFoundation, CoreImage) is a plus
• Experience with Twilio, S3, or monitoring tools like Sentry is a plus
• Healthcare‑related development or integration experience is a plus
• Using AI for debugging, code review, testing, documentation, or workflow automation is a plus
• Creating reusable AI workflows, agents, prompts, or automations is a plus
