About the role

The Micro‑Miniature Precision Assembler builds the robot hands that grip tools in harsh environments. Working at a bench under magnification, you assemble finger, thumb and wrist mechanisms, route and tension tendons, torque tiny fasteners, install sensors and connectors, and verify each hand against tight acceptance criteria.

About the company

Persona AI develops and commercializes rugged, multi‑purpose humanoid robots for heavy‑industry tasks. The founding team has decades of experience in humanoid robotics, bionics and product development, and the company’s mission is to ship reliable, high‑quality products at massive scale with a customer‑focused culture.

  • Steady hands, patience and ability to maintain focus on detailed work; comfort working under magnification or willingness to adapt.
  • Ability to read mechanical drawings and assembly work instructions.
  • Comfort with precision measuring tools or willingness to learn; training will be provided.
  • Willingness to follow documented processes exactly and speak up when they are incorrect.
  • Availability for overtime and occasional weekend work during production pushes (paid at 1.5×).
