The Medical Receptionist (Patient Services Coordinator) greets and checks in patients, collects insurance information, provides forms, processes payments, schedules appointments, maintains records, audits insurance eligibility, and ensures confidentiality of health information while supporting UVVC’s core values.

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED required; associate degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in a medical setting providing customer service
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- Familiarity with ECW EMR considered a plus
- Ability to handle a fast‑paced environment and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software
