About the role
The Product Marketing Specialist – TaxWise will own the positioning, messaging and go‑to‑market execution for TaxWise solutions, driving demand, adoption, retention and revenue growth. Working cross‑functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, Revenue Enablement and Marketing teams, the role creates content, campaigns and sales tools to support product launches, lifecycle marketing and competitive positioning.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product marketing for software, SaaS or technology solutions (product marketing experience is required).
- Demonstrated experience supporting product launches, go‑to‑market initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong ability to translate product capabilities into clear, compelling customer benefits and business outcomes.
- Experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, and customer insight gathering.
- Experience creating customer‑facing marketing assets such as web content, email campaigns, presentations, datasheets, case studies, and sales enablement materials.
- Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and reporting platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for business and technical audiences.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proven ability to collaborate across product, sales, customer success, revenue enablement, and marketing teams.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience leveraging customer insights and performance metrics to optimize marketing outcomes.
- Experience in tax, accounting, finance, professional services, or adjacent industries is preferred.
