About the role

The Manufacturing Engineer, Digital Tools joins Anduril’s Digital Manufacturing team to deploy and drive adoption of the ProductionOS manufacturing software, collaborating with manufacturing and software leaders to create software strategies, align roadmaps, and improve productivity, cost and quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Software Engineering, User Experience Design, or related field
• 5+ years experience in a digital manufacturing environment with familiarity of MES, ERP, and PLM systems and their integration
• High sense of user empathy and ability to manage and communicate with stakeholders
• Ability to quickly understand current operations and potential product‑line issues
• Experience working with manufacturing leadership to conceptualize solutions and gather requirements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex information
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and lead cross‑functional projects
• Adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
• Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export‑controlled information or facilities
